This Return / RMA Policy applies to B2B wholesale orders placed with ABKN. Because phone parts and electronics require model matching and careful installation, buyers should inspect goods promptly after receipt.

RMA Request

Contact ABKN before returning any item. Please provide order number, product name, quantity, issue description, photos or videos, and testing details when applicable.

Review Conditions

RMA eligibility depends on product type, condition, testing result, order agreement, and whether the item has been installed, damaged, modified, or used incorrectly.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Products damaged during installation or unauthorized repair.
  • Items returned without prior RMA confirmation.
  • Products with missing parts, altered labels, or incomplete packaging when those details are required for review.

Resolution

Depending on the confirmed issue, ABKN may offer replacement, repair coordination, credit, partial refund, or other agreed resolution. Shipping cost responsibility will be confirmed case by case.
